March 2nd – 2012 – Colley Elevator receives a complaint free award for the 2011 year from the Better Business Bureau for serving the Chicago area's elevator maintenance, modernization and elevator construction needs.
February 17th – 2012 – Colley Elevator beginning elevator #9 at Metropolitan Water Reclamation District in Des Plaines, IL
February 2nd – 2012 – Colley Elevator was awarded the elevator modernization of University of Illinois in Chicago building 605's elevator modernization to begin in May 2012.
January 17th – 2012 – Colley Elevator begins Phase II construction at College of Dupage to include modernization of elevators #4 & #5
January 6th – 2012 – Colley Elevator was retained as the elevator maintenance contractor of record by the City of Joliet for the 2012-2013 year.
November 11th – 2011 – Colley Elevator was retained as the elevator maintenance contractor of record by the FAA at Midway and Palwaukee airports for the 2011-2012 year.
October 26th – 2011 – Colley Elevator is awarded cylinder replacement project at United States Post Office in Palatine, IL.
October 7th – 2011 – Colley Elevator is awarded the United States Army Armory building hydraulic cylinder replacement in Chicago, IL.
September 9th – 2011 – Colley Elevator awarded Union Station ADA lift installation in Great Hall.
