January 14th – 2013 – City of Chicago will be requiring all elevator single bottom bulk head cylinders replaced by 1/1/13. This mandate date was maintained by the City of Chicago Building Department.
December 5th – 2012 – Maxton MFG conducts hydraulic elevator valve training at Colley Elevator for continuing education credits for elevator mechanics
November 21st – 2012 – Colley Elevator awarded contract to complete elevator modernizations on 5 hydraulic elevators at College of Dupage in the SRC building.
October 16th – 2012 – Colley Elevator completes College of Dupage's BIC building modernization with the installation of 3 new hydraulic elevators and modernization of 3 hydraulic elevators.
September 9th – 2012 – Colley Elevator awarded Deerfield Public Library hydraulic elevator modernization with Mortenson Construction
August 2nd – 2012 – Installation of 4 new gearless elevators completed at 10 W. Jackson - Chicago, IL. See finished machine room and new machines in portfolio.
June 28th – 2012 – Reminder to all building owners in the City of Chicago that buildings predate 1972, all single bottom hydraulic elevator cylinders need to be replaced prior to 1/1/13 per City of Chicago's mandate.
May 15th – 2012 – Colley Elevator begins UIC Building 605 hydraulic elevator modernization to include control, cab, sling and hydraulic cylinder replacement.
April 24th – 2012 – Colley Elevator awarded elevator modernization for Maine East High School's main elevator
March 19th – 2012 – Colley Elevator awarded Hines VA bldg #12 hydraulic elevator modernization project
