June 11, 2021 – Summer school is in session at Colley Elevator as we proudly announce four modernization projects scheduled to be completed by fall. The projects continue our long history of servicing schools, universities and other educational institutions.
We will be upgrading the hydraulic elevator equipment at three local institutions: Elmhurst University (Elmhurst), Dominican University (River Forest), and School City of East Chicago (East Chicago, IN). We will also complete a new construction installation at ECHO School in South Holland. We’d like to thank our supplier partners, Canton Elevator, Smartrise Engineering, GAL, Innovation Industries and Minnesota Elevator, for their support and expertise.
As we continue to expand throughout the Chicagoland area, our focus has been steady and controlled growth. We strive to be the preferred service provider in the low- to mid-rise maintenance and modernization categories. We maintain and service almost 2000 elevators in our portfolio; more than 100 of which are under contract at academic institutions.
Along with our base of schools, we have been growing throughout local communities. Colley Elevator boasts several village halls, libraries and park districts.
