| May 5th – 2010 – Colley Elevator is the elevator maintenance firm of record for the City of Joliet |
| May 5th – 2010 – Colley Elevator is awarded the renovation of the 80+ year old elevator freight systems at Ellis Middle School – Elgin, IL and Libertyville High School. |
| April 14th – 2010 – Colley Elevator moves into an additional 8,000 sqf at it’s currently location. |
| April 6th – 2010 – On April 19, 2010 the City of Chicago is adopting a new code, moving from the 1996 w/97 & 98 addendum to the 2007 elevator code. |
| March 6th – 2010 – Colley now has a total of six State of Illinois licensed elevator inspectors. |
| March 1st – 2010 – Colley Elevator will have all new construction files electronically archived within the next six months from 1960 to recent installations. Building owners will be able to purchase DVDs or hard copies in August. |

February 15th – 2010 – Colley was awarded the new construction for elevator #7 at College of Dupage. |
January 1st – 2010 – Inclinator Company of Americans green gearless residence elevator was approved for installation by the performance based 17.7-code committee |
| December 16th – 2009 – Colley Elevator was awarded Oakton Community Colleges elevator #2 & #3 elevator modernization project. |
| November 24th – 2009 – Colley was awarded the College of Dupage’s elevator construction and modernization contract for their major school renovation. |
| October 19th – 2009 – Craig Zomchek became a State of Indiana licensed elevator inspector. Congratulations Craig! |
| October 16th, 2009 – Colley Elevator is now one of 4 companies to be prequalified for University of Illinois in Chicago elevator work. |
| October 1st, 2009 – Colley Elevator had two more employees pass the Qualified Elevator Inspector exam and will shortly become State of Illinois Inspectors. |
| September 16th, 2009 – Colley Elevator became pre qualified to complete State of Illinois Capital Development work. |
| September 1st, 2009 – Colley Elevator was awarded maintenance contracts for all MB Bank satellite offices in the Chicago land area. |
| August 13th, 2009 – Colley Elevator was approved by the State of Illinois Board of Elections to perform work on State Institutions. |
