This is a building where
we added an additional floor to a whole house rehab on Lake Shore Drive, we dug an additional 14’ next to the lake, installed a new cylinder, worked with the City of Chicago Landmarks and City building inspectors to get the proper variances to satisfy their sight line limitations.
