The AIC program is currently for buildings located in the Central Business District. The Central Business District is defined by the Municipal Code of Chicago and is bordered by Roosevelt Road (south), Halsted (west), The Lake (east) and Chicago Ave west of LaSalle Street or Division Street east of LaSalle Street.
For buildings located in this area you will need to have an Authorized City of Chicago Inspection firm to complete the inspection by June 1st, 2010. Click here to review the City of Chicago plan of action:
Colley Elevator has six (6) Qualified Elevator Inspectors that can complete inspections.
